This online teaching course can be started and completed at any time, it’s completely flexible. Each module consists of 40 hours of guided online learning, with an additional 30-50 hours worth of optional materials that include recommended exercises, readings, digital resources and self-test tasks.
To complete this online business course you’ll submit 11 online assignments at each level, and assignments are approximately 1,000-3,000 words each. The course also requires 250 hours of teaching experience, with at least 150 hours dedicated to teaching practice.
Once you’ve passed your course, you may progress into employment as a teacher within the further education and skills sector. You may also wish to pursue Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) Status following successful achievement of this qualification. Successful learners could also choose to progress to higher education programmes in a related field.

Assignment Unit Titles:
To enrol this course, you’ll need to be 19 or over and have some qualifications or experience in your chosen subject area.
You should be ready to study at Level 5 and must not have any criminal background that would prevent you from working with young people or vulnerable adults.
Before starting, you’ll also need to have achieved at least a Level 2 qualification in both Maths and English.
