Course Details

This unit consists of nine lessons corresponding to its three learning outcomes. The first three lessons focus on the responsibilities of an organisation in relation to ensuring food hygiene. The lessons (i) discusses the structure of the commercial and catering services sector, (ii) explains the responsibilities of organisations and (iii) describes the benefits of good hygiene and the hazards of poor hygiene.
